Lạp xưởng thái miếng mỏng vừa ăn. Cần tây bỏ lá, rửa sạch, thái khúc khoảng 3-4cm. Ớt sừng đỏ bỏ hạt, thái sợi dài khoảng 4cm. Đun nóng chút dầu ăn, cho lạp xưởng vào chiên sơ qua. Cho ra đĩa để riêng.
Vẫn dùng chiếc chảo xào lạp xưởng, cho ớt sừng vào đảo đều. Sau đó thêm cần tây, lạp xưởng đã chiên vào xào. Xào đến khi các nguyên liệu chín, nêm muối cho vừa ăn. Tắt bếp.
