Khoai tây rửa sạch, bào vỏ, gọt phẳng 2 đầu rồi cắt thành những lát dày khoảng 1cm theo chiều dọc củ khoai. Sau đó đem cắt tiếp thành nhữn que kích thước 1cm nhé! Ngâm khoai tây vào nước khoảng 10 phút rồi vớt ra thấm khô nước. Cho khoai vào ngăn đông tủ lạnh khoảng 1 tiếng đồng hồ.
Đun sôi nhiều dầu ăn trong nồi nhỏ, thả khoai tây đã được làm lạnh vào chiên khoảng 2 phút vớt ra, để nguội bớt rồi cho vào chiên lại cho đến khi khoai chín giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.
