Canh rong biển kiểu Hàn là món ăn khá quen thuộc và phổ biến trong bữa cơm của người Hàn Quốc. Món canh đơn giản nhưng mang lại giá trị dinh dưỡng to lớn, cung cấp nhiều năng lượng cho 1 ngày học tập và làm việc hiệu quả.
Rong biển ngâm nước khoảng 30 phút cho nở rồi cắt thành những miếng nhỏ dài 5-10cm.
Thái mỏng thịt bò. Trong một nồi lớn, xào thịt bò với 1 muỗng canh dầu mè và khuấy đều trên lửa lớn trong vòn 3 phút. Thêm rong biển vào và xào thêm 5 phút.
Thêm 1.5 lít nước gạo, 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh nước tương vào nồi với thịt bò và rong biển. Đun sôi nồi mà khôn đậy nắp trong khoảng 30 phút trên lửa lớn là được. Hớt bỏ phần bọt nổi lên trên.
Nếu món canh hơi nhạt, bạn từ từ thêm muối cho vừa miệng. Nếu canh hơi mặn, bạn cho thêm nước rồi đun sôi 1 lần nữa. Món canh rong biển này có thể ăn với cơm, kimchi sẽ rất ngon miệng.
